  1. Hire a Professional

  2. Define your Objectives.

    Know what you want photographed ahead of time with a thoughtful shot list.

  3. Declutter your Space.

    You will get the best outcome if you have your space clean and unnecessary objects are removed.

  4. Determine best time to photograph.

    The time of day and the season are important factors to consider when planning your photography session. Be sure to pick a season that is the most recent so potential buyers or renters know that photos are up to date. Working with your photographer you can determine what time of day the sun will allow you to capture the best photos of your building.

  5. Show Off your Location.

    If your property is in a desired neighbourhood or close to prime amenities or venues be sure to show it off within your photos, people need to know where you are.
