Commercial Property Spotlight: Connecting Cooksville

1 min read

Led by TAS, Connecting Cooksville is a future 15-minute-city collectively envisioned by residents, community organizations, and businesses that will create a thoughtful new neighbourhood within Mississauga.

Located at the corner of Hillcrest and Hurontario in Mississauga, Connecting Cooksville is currently the only tri-mobility hub offering direct access to Reginal Transit via the Cooksville GO TransitMiWay bus service and the future Light Rail Transit.

This mini-city is planned to include 2,200 new homes in five residential towers, 250-300 affordable homes through a Options for Homes partnership, a community centre and public library in partnership with the City of Mississauga, a public plaza, green space, and finally, retail and office space.

Construction will occur in 2024, with expected occupancy in early 2029.
