The development is largely focused on enhancing the public realm, supporting the neighbourhood’s continued growth.  

Situated in Toronto’s East end at Dawes Road and Danforth Avenue, 9 Dawes Road boasts a walk score of 97 and a transit score of 88. The vibrant Danforth neighbourhood offers an abundance of restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, entertainment, and parks. With its prime location, 9 Dawes Road provides convenient access to the city’s amenities through Toronto’s transit system, including the Danforth GO station and subway system.
