Commercial Property: Assembly Park

2 min read

Assembly Park is a 75-acre master-planned community designed for authentic, urban living. This mixed-use development will feature a dynamic blend of modern housing options, office space, shopping, dining, public spaces, entertainment, and cultural activity. Conveniently located at the intersection of highways 400 and 407, Assembly Park is steps from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station and Viva Rapid Transit system, ensuring easy connections to destinations across the Greater Toronto Area. Developed by QuadReal Property Group and Menkes Developments this diverse, pedestrian-first, mixed-use destination is projected to be completed in 2034.

The first two residential projects at Assembly Park, Festival condos and Mobilio condos and townhomes, will accommodate over 6,000 residents, with more residential developments planned. Assembly Park brings three unique spaces to the community: The Studios, The Gardens, and The Plaza.

The Studios is a multi-use art and content studio, gallery, event and residency space, and classroom, that inspires creativity throughout the Assembly Park community.

The Gardens consists of 1.5 acres of open space, complete with walkways, planting beds, and community gardens. This area offers a space for communal dining, culinary festivals, private moments, group yoga, picnics, and more.

The Plaza is the central public square at Assembly Park, designed for a multitude of uses including beer gardens, farmer’s markets, culinary festivals, food trucks, exhibitions and art installations, cultural events, pop-up retail experiences, film screenings, games, and community gatherings.

Assembly Park has already established itself as a dynamic community hub, hosting various events and activities such as the Holiday Night of Lights, Assembly Park Block Party, Spiked Summer Food & Drink, Carivaughan and Taste of the Caribbean. This mixed-use destination will continue to bring people together through its vibrant offerings.
