Level 2: Katsuya - a 10,000-square-foot restaurant in Toronto's flagship location.
Level 5 Fitness Facility—equipped with change rooms, boutique spa with complimentary wellness offerings, resident lounge, and adjoining outdoor terrace.
Level 6: Outdoor pool with lounge and bar, screening/media room/ co-working lounge, and multiple-purpose entertainment rooms.
Levels 14-61: Residential.
Levels 62-63: Penthouse Restaurants.
The Freed Hotel and Residence has a perfect walk and transit score of 100/100 and a bike score of 95/100, promising exceptional accessibility.
The expected occupancy for the Freed Hotel and Residences is scheduled for 2028.
