GTA Development Group, also known as Minuk Developments, worked with Baldassarra Architects to design a new modern business complex known as the Markham Central Square. GTA Development Group’s goal was to design the Markham Central Square with functionality and features that services unique company and customer needs.
Markham Central Square is situated on 10 acres at 55 East Valhalla Drive, Markham, ON. The MCS has access to prime York Region Transit via the Viva Bus Purple Route, located directly in front of Markham Central Square.
Two three-story buildings face Hwy 7, with retail units on the ground floor and elevator access to the upper-level office units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Behind the retail and office buildings are three industrial buildings, approximately 32 feet wide by 24 feet ceiling height.
