Humber College's New Real Estate Sales Program

Humber College is now the new provider of the Real Estate Salesperson Program in Ontario. Our new cutting-edge program delivered on behalf of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) has now started. The program is flexible and will be offered online and in locations across Ontario. You can apply and start your coursework at any point during the year, without the time commitment of a full-time, semester-based program.

What are the admission requirements?
Applicants must have obtained their Secondary School diploma, GED certificate or have an acceptable equivalent credential. Those who do not have a Secondary School diploma or a GED certificate can provide acceptable equivalent credits.

Why the transition?
The change in the institute for the Real Estate program delivery allows for OREA to shift their focus and to strengthen their core member services. As Humber College has gained a strong reputation and has built strong connections within the community, RECO has seen this as an opportunity to partner up with them to continue their impact and redesign the important aspects of real estate to effectively prepare students for the industry. Pre-Registration Phase
This is the first phase of the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s Real Estate Education Programs. This phase should be completed prior to registration with RECO. Students will have 2 years to complete the courses and exam in this phase.
