Soneil Investments Diversifies Portfolio With Markham Office Complex

Soneil Investments, a Brampton based full-service real estate investor, has successfully acquired two class-a office buildings at 55 and 105 Commerce Valley Drive W., at a price tag of $115 million. 

The complex, nestled in Markham's city centre, is known as the SouthCreek Corporate Centre. Combined, the two buildings comprise over 375,000 square feet of space. Each of the properties is home to affluent technology and services organizations and offers various amenities for tenants.

Neil Jain, the president and CEO of Soneil Investments, stated (2021), "We are extremely proud to add these properties to our portfolio. They are two of Toronto's highest-quality office buildings and are leased by some of the world's largest technology companies" (par. 8).

The acquisition solidifies Soneil Investments' mission to invest in assets that offer stable returns and opportunities for continuous growth.
