Cadillac Fairview is nearing the end of construction at its 160 Front Street development. This 46-storey commercial tower sits at a height of 240 meters high, offering 1.2 square meters of office space and over 12,000 square feet of retail space within the four-storey podium.

The building offers a four-storey platform with over 12,000 square feet of retail space and four levels of underground parking for cars and bikes. The building will also include amenities like a fitness centre, café, conference centre, and a sky atrium.

Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture in collaboration with B+H Architects, the interior is designed to be an open concept and promote collaborative workspaces with flexibility.

Cadillac Fairview is also pursuing LEED Platinum and WELL Building Standard certifications. Once open, the building will undergo the Cadillac Fairview award-winning Green at Work sustainability program.

160 Front Street, found in Toronto’s Financial District, is currently 100% leased to TD Bank Group and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

On March 16th, 2023, PCL Construction Ironworkers placed the final curved steel beam, crowing the structure. PCL celebrated with their “Topping-Off Tradition” of the final beam being signed by the ironworkers and placing a small evergreen tree to symbolize the structure safely reaching its maximum height, and representing good luck and prosperity for the building tenants.

The 160 Front Street development will welcome its tenants in late 2023.
