The building's historic structure and detailing will be restored and incorporated into the new design of 19 Duncan Street. The mixed-use redevelopment will comprise nine storeys of office space, above the ground restaurant and retail, rental apartments and 40 hotel suites on floors 52 through 55.

With more than a quarter of the development assigned to office space, and a significant portion of the residences developed for families, 19 Duncan Street meets the city's goals of adding mixed-use, sustainable density near public transit. A walk score of 99 out of 100 makes this development a truly sought-after location to live, work, and play.
