CBRE and Colliers have just listed eight potential development properties in Greater Toronto, Hamilton, and Niagara areas up for sale on behalf of KSV Restructuring and Go-To Developments Holdings

The properties are available for purchase together or separately and include a variety of development opportunities, ranging from approved medium-density sites to strategically located Whitebelt land. Seven of the properties are being marketed by CBRE’s Land Services Group, while the remaining site from Go-To’s portfolio is listed for sale by Colliers.

 The seven properties listed by CBRE include:

  • 19 Beard Pl. in St. Catharine

  • 185-215 Major Mackenzie Dr. E. in Richmond Hill

  • 2334 St. Paul Ave. in Niagara Falls

  • 4210-4248 Lyons Creek Rd. in Niagara Falls

  • 4897-4987 Aurora Rd

  • 7386 and 7400 Islington Ave. in Vaughan

  • 31.6 acres of Whitebelt lands along Upper Centennial Parkway and Highland Road East, Stoney Creek, Hamilton
